Design your own major.
The interdisciplinary studies major is a highly personalized pathway that lets you combine disciplines in our Krieger School of Arts and Sciences to explore any topic you want. Your major can straddle several academic areas but must maintain a substantive intellectual theme. For example, if you’re interested in the American Revolutionary period, you could create a curriculum with courses from History, English, History of Art, and Sociology.
