We will offer a variety of virtual sessions throughout the day, including what we look for in an application, a supplemental essay workshop, financial aid, and the unique benefits of applying Early Decision.

Noon – Admissions and Financial Aid Overview
Want to know what it means to apply Early Decision or how the Financial Aid application process works? Ask members of the admissions committee your questions and learn how our holistic review process works!
1:15 p.m. – Application Workshop: Supplemental Essay
This is your chance to get an inside view on the role of the supplemental essay within the college application. We’ll analyze and compare Hopkins supplemental essay excerpts to understand the role of the supplemental essay and how to strengthen your own writing in the college process.
3 p.m. – Why I DecidED: Current Student Panel
Join the conversation with current students who applied Early Decision and learn why they decidED on Hopkins.
4:15 p.m. or 5:15 p.m. – Join a Jay: Conversations with Current Students
To conclude the day, you will have the opportunity to attend a Join a Jay conversation with a current student. These are informal ways to virtually connect in a small group – mics and videos on! Because space is limited in each event, registration is limited to one Join a Jay per person.
