About the Program
The Woodrow Wilson Undergraduate Research Fellowship Program is a unique opportunity for Arts & Sciences students to engage in hands-on, independent learning with top-level faculty mentors. Beginning in their freshman or sophomore year, Wilson Research Fellows benefit from working closely with highly respected faculty mentors on independent research projects. Each Wilson Research Fellow receives funding of up to $10,000 over four years (up to $7,500 for sophomores) to be spent on research costs, which may include travel, equipment, and use of archives or laboratories. (The fellowship may not be used as a stipend, nor may it be used as financial aid.)
