37) O'Connor Recreation Center
The three-story Ralph S. O'Connor Recreation Center opened in January 2002 and can be used by Homewood campus students, faculty, and staff. It features an 18,000-square-foot gym with a three-lane jogging track above its perimeter that can be transformed into three basketball courts, five volleyball courts, or three badminton courts. The center also has four racquetball/squash courts, a weight room, and a 30-foot climbing wall. A fitness facility located in a large window-lined room at the entrance of the building contains treadmills, cross-trainers, stationary bikes, stair machines, and rowing machines. |
