| 32) AMR I "AMR" stands for "Alumni Memorial Residences," and these buildings are so named because they are dedicated to Hopkins alumni who died during World War I. AMR I was finished in 1923 and is one of three complexes that house a majority of the incoming freshmen class each fall. The rooms feature halls with double rooms and a communal bath. |
