Why I chose Johns Hopkins: I chose Johns Hopkins because of the academic programs, the internship opportunities, and because I had the best feeling the second I walked onto campus for the first time. I love the proximity to Washington, D.C., and to New York. And of course the campus is absolutely beautiful!
Favorite class: I've really enjoyed International Politics! The subject matter interests me and Professor Deudney is really engaging (and his fedoras make my day!).
Why I'm glad I chose Johns Hopkins: I love how social Hopkins is and how easy it is to get involved on campus beginning freshman year. There is never a dull moment and there are so many exciting places to explore in Baltimore! I can't imagine myself anywhere else.
Favorite place on the Homewood campus: Gilman Hall! It's absolutely beautiful and it's a great place to study or just hang out with friends between classes. And the café has really good iced chai lattes!
Favorite Johns Hopkins memory: I've loved exploring the neighborhoods in Baltimore with friends on the weekends!
Coolest (spring/summe/winter) break experience: Well... it hasn't happened yet, but JHU_Ian has promised to take me to Italy!
