Why I chose Johns Hopkins: My major reason was my luck in being given the Bloomberg Scholarship, which made my enrollment possible. In addition to that, Johns Hopkins's reputation and my impressions of the school are so positive.

What myth about Johns Hopkins frustrates you the most? Every undergrad is premed. I'm not, and a great proportion of each class isn't as well.

Why I am glad I chose to attend Johns Hopkins: I feel so fulfilled every single day. It's as simple as that: I feel challenged by the work, productive in my extracurriculars, and happy that I am pushing myself to do more than I've ever done before and to be more than I've ever been before.

Where I see myself in 10 years: My biggest dream in life is to have a family. In 10 years, I hope to have achieved that dream and be continuing to build upon it.

My ideal three-day weekend: I'd use the Collegetown shuttle to visit the Inner Harbor and the Towson Mall, and I'd probably enjoy some time to myself around Charles Village and the Hopkins campus. And, of course, I'd sleep late!

Three unusual things about myself:
  1. My middle name is just one letter, C.
  2. I love "Oldies" styles, music, fashion, movies, and celebrities—my favorite decades are the 1940s and 1950s.
  3. I study best with noise. The commotion of people, music, television, or traffic keeps me focused.
